24/7 Delivers Quality care services. Services can be accessed from as little as 1hr one off through to 24hrs 7 days per week depending on your individual care needs.
You can feel safe knowing that the staff we place in your home have been screened and all undergo thorough background checks prior to placement, we pride ourselves on only hiring those that we would have in our own homes caring for our loved ones.
All Staff are Employees of 24/7 Disability and Community Care services and all are fully insured. Insurances can be viewed upon request.
Our services are varied and our qualified staff can assist in any of the following areas:
Aged Care: We can assist frail aged clients living in the community with all tasks of daily living.
Disability Services: We can support clients with Disabilities living in the Community or staff your day center’s and vacation care facilities.
Personal Care: We can be there for standby support for peace of mind or assist with all areas of personal care when you need it.
Respite/Companion Care: When you need some time out our trained staff can assist with giving families that little break that we all need ,we can sit with your loved ones whilst you have some time out.
Domestic Assistance: We can assist with light Domestic Assistance such as vacuuming and light household tasks i.e. laundry
Transportation: We can transport you to medical appointments, running errands or shopping or just for a drive somewhere nice for a little outing.
Meal Preparation : We can assist with preparing and planning meals.
